Delete Account and Data
This page is the public deletion request resource for the Pharma Head Retailer mobile app. You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account.
Request Deletion In The App
- Open the Pharma Head Retailer app.
- Sign in with your registered mobile number.
- Go to Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Review the retention notice and confirm deletion.
Request Deletion Without The App
Email us from your registered business email, or include your registered mobile number, shop name, and city so we can verify the account before deletion.
What We Delete
- Account login credentials and OTP data.
- Profile contact details such as name, phone, address, GSTIN, and drug license number where not legally required.
- Agency links, notifications, support context, and optional app data that is not required for compliance.
- Eligible retail billing customer, patient, prescription, inventory, and purchase data that is not legally required to be retained.
What May Be Retained
We may retain orders, invoices, ledgers, payments, returns, tax records, audit logs, pharmacy records, security logs, and dispute records for the period required by applicable law. Where retention is required, account profile details are restricted and de-identified where practical.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion or de-identification within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons.
